2024 CAPITAL ENDURO WAINUIOMATA MOUNTAIN BIKE PARK

Welcome to Capital Enduro 2024. Race 1 was at Mākara Feb 2023 and it was epic, we had over 300 riders enter, and it was so great!!!!

This year we have moved over the hill to Wainuiomata Mtb Park. There are 46 bike trails in Waiu Park; Waiu Park has a 4-star rating on the Trailforks website.

Wainuiomata Trail Project (WTP) builds and maintains tracks at Waiu Park, Wainuiomata, Lower Hutt – including the Te Whiti Riser and Super Plus tracks on the Lower Hutt side of the hill.  Waiu Park is a joint venture between Hutt City Council and WTP.

junior enduro.

We all know that riding is for the entire family, but kids under 10 are often left out of the race scene until they can race with the adult... Not this year, we have created a Junior Enduro, THREE grade 2-3 Stages at Wainuiomata, perfect for kids 6-10 years old. There will be a little bit of climbing, we all know you need to get to the top to go down -

You can ride with Mum, Dad, or a guardian so you don't get lost; we'll even give them a race plate! (no towing the kids, though)

Book before 1 December 2023, and you'll get your name printed on your race plate
